Hi all! Today I am going to share wonderful paintings by British Genre painter George Dunlop Leslie (1835-1921). He was an author, painter and illustrator. George was born in an artistic family and his father was a noted and very famous genre painter and his name was Charles Robert Leslie RA, Also George’s uncle Robert Leslie was a marine artist. George lived and worked in St John’s Wood (London) and most of his early works showed influence if Pre-Raphaelites.
I loved George’s works a lot and selected some of his art works here at this fine art blog. Hope you like these.
