Valery Vetshteyn is a Figurative Painter from Ukraine and was born on 10 October 1966 in Baku(Azerbaijan). Valery is currently one of the members of the Association of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Valery's paintings have so much depth in them with beautiful use of earthy colors and subjects.
