Allan R Banks | American Figurative Painter

Allan R Banks is an American Painter, he hails from Florida and studied with two very fine artists, one of them is Richard F. Lack and other one is R H Ives Gammell. Allan’s spend his early earlier on working from nature and studying carefully the Masters which entailed copies from original masterpieces. His painting process became more a search for finding a way of seeing nature differently than simply recording nature. He tries to capture his imagination in his paintings which is very evident if any one looks at his art works. I personally liked his works a lot. I have collected some of them here my site.
